Are the houses suitable for year-round use?
All our buildings are insulated with high-quality PUR foam and are suitable for year-round use. The houses are highly energy-efficient and have low heating costs.
Do the houses require a foundation?
The houses do not require a full foundation. In most cases, six foundation blocks are sufficient to support the structure.
For softer ground, we recommend digging a hole of approximately 70 cm under each block, filling it with gravel, and placing the block on top before installing the house.
A quick and cost-effective alternative is a screw pile foundation, where six piles are sufficient.
How long does it take to install a house on-site?
If a six-block foundation has been previously placed on the plot, the house will be installed on the blocks within 1-2 hours and will be immediately ready for use.
Can I order a house larger than 20 m²?
You can combine different modules, and there are no limits to the final size. You can also order a single-module house, which can be 25 m², 30 m², or larger.
Do the houses include everything needed for comfortable living?
The houses are equipped with a compliant electrical system, water supply, toilet, boiler, and a kitchen with appliances.
Is transportation included in the house price?
No. Transport costs vary by region and are agreed individually with each customer.
What type of wood do you use to build your houses?
We only use strength-graded (C24) and calibrated materials. All materials are pre-dried and of very high quality.
Can I order a custom modular house based on my preferences?
If desired, we can build a modular house according to the client’s specifications. We also assist in developing custom solutions.
What requirements must the plot meet before the house is delivered?
The plot must be accessible to heavy vehicles. The distance between the house location and the truck crane should not exceed 15 m.
Do I need to order all appliances with the house, or can I furnish it myself?
If you prefer to install the kitchen and appliances yourself, that’s no problem. You can also order a finished house shell from us or complete the interior finishing yourself.
Can I order individual house elements from you?
Yes, we can also produce individual elements based on the client’s project.
Do I need to arrange transport through you, or can I pick it up myself?
If you have suitable transport, you are welcome to arrange your own delivery.
Do you offer installation of the house on-site?
Yes, we offer this service. We ensure the house is delivered safely to your plot, install it on the foundation, and, if needed, assist with connecting utilities.
