The company Modern Modular is a trademark of our company Pinska Prefab OÜ
Pinska Prefab is part of a timber company founded in 1999. Over the years, we have developed from a small sawmill into a complex of companies whose goal is to further enhance the value of wood.
Our group has approximately 50 employees, and it is a constantly growing company.
Broadly speaking, our production is divided into five groups:
– lumber production
– roof truss production
– glulam production
– painted and unpainted siding production
– prefabricated and modular house production.
The annual turnover of the entire group amounts to approximately 20 million euros, and our main export partners are the Scandinavian countries and Central European countries.
We are constantly developing new house types for our portfolio – all in close collaboration with our customers’ wishes.
